Frequently Asked Travel Questions
Like the rest of the world, we have seen the impact that COVID-19 has had on business, travel and connection. There is no question that the months (and years) following March 2020 have been a challenge, to say the least.
As moms.who.retreat, it is important to us to were are able to safely travel and gather, so we have (and will continue to) work diligently to get plans and procedures in place to ensure your health and safety. You can find our general terms and conditions here.
Are these retreats in person?
Heck yes they are! We know how important it is for moms to connect, and we believe fully in the power of in-person connection.
What happens if there is a travel ban and the retreat is unable to be held?
If our retreat(s) cannot move forward as planned because of travel restrictions in the retreat destination, the retreat will be postponed. You will have the opportunity to either join the new dates or receive a refund.
Are there any requirements to maintain guest safety at your retreats?
For retreats taking place before June 1, 2022, we are requiring our retreat participants to show a negative COVID-19 test result between 48 and 72 hours prior to the retreat start.
For all retreats, when together at the event, the activities (workshops, workouts, hikes), and meals will be outdoors and/or in spacious areas to the best of our ability. Also, based on availability, you have the option to book a single room or to book a shared room to share with a friend, sister, or boss babe that you feel comfortable sharing space with!
We also ask that if retreat guests are experiencing symptoms of illness before the retreat that they do not travel but rather submit a claim through their travel insurance policy.
If I get COVID-19 and can't attend, what happens to my registration and payment?
Between retreat booking and 100 days prior to the retreat, there will be a 100% refund of payments made, with the exceptions of the non-refundable deposit.
Between 46 and 99 days prior to the retreat, there will be a 50% refund of payments made, with the exceptions of the non-refundable deposit.
Within 45 days of the retreat, there are no refunds.
We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind in the case that a covered reason for trip cancellation comes up.
Will my retreat itinerary be affected if COVID-19 risks change?
We will do our very best to keep the itineraries as close to the original as possible, and we will only make adjustments to scheduling or activities to help ensure your safety!
